1. vault：n.金庫房

8. liable：a.承擔責任的；負有(法律)責任的

(如果我們輸掉這場官司，就要承擔官司的全部費用。)
9. budget：v.制定預算/n.預算
An extra one million dollars has been budgeted for schools this year.
(今年學校的預算增加一百萬元。)
10. bribe：v.賄賂、收買
He bribed immigration officials and entered the country illegally.
(他賄賂移民官員非法入境。)
